As an EA, Marcus specializes in federal, state, and local tax controversies, offering services such as audit representation, appeals, offers-in-compromise, and non-profit formation. His CFE expertise enables him to detect and address potential fraud in tax matters, providing strategic guidance and effective advocacy for clients navigating complex tax challenges. 

Jenea Thorne is the Office Manager at Mardem, LLC where she manages daily operations and oversees hiring, benefits, payroll management, human resources, accounts payable, receivables, and monthly billing. 

Mia Francis is the Senior Case Manager at Mardem, LLC where she operate as the primary liaison for our tax resolution clients and firm, collecting documents, conducting analysis on cases, and communicating with our tax professionals on strategy and criteria.
